Anyone else missing their paycheck today on the first paycheck of severance pay? This is for 8/31 lay off folks. My paycheck did not hit my bank account as expected. Low key freaking out.

T-Mobile is having a cash crisis. They took a 3 billion dollar loan for the 2020 lay offs. Expensive paying that severance out.
Anyone else still not received a severance check since the 10th?
If you didn't get a check Friday, check Workday again. A lot of people are seeing a paystub today for deposit to their bank on 11/20
Better get used to it Buddy. Paychecks stop once you're off roll.
My layoff was effective 11/3 and I received 6 days of regular pay and 4 days of severance pay broken out on the pay stub along with my prorated bonus.
In fidelity, my 2024 shares are now vested as of 11/7/23 and all other remaining shares were cancelled. There still has to be a trade so that taxes can be withheld from the RSU's. That transaction hasn't yet occurred. I'd expect that to happen in the next couple of week. I just hope TMUS doesn't tank back to $130 a share again.
"Also I had stock vested and can’t cash it out."
Per severance document, they have up to 60 days after vesting to put shares (less shares held back for tax) into your individual brokerage account. I wouldn't count on being able to cash out until January.
Some states require immediate payout or have a short timeframe for payout of final checks. For people whose separation date was 11/3. If you live in one of those states, most got a check on 11/10 or before for PTO, final week of regular pay and 1 week of continuation pay. Most of those people didn't get anything this week. They will be paid 2 weeks continuation pay, bonuses and tenure bonus (if applicable) on 12/1. All the 11/3 people that did not get a check on 11/10 or before, should've been paid last week of regular pay, PTO, 1 week of salary continuation, bonuses and tenure bonus (if applicable) today, 11/17. Folks paid today will get 2 weeks salary continuation on 12/1. After 12/1, it's just the regular 2 week cycle until salary continuation runs out.
My Final day was 11/3. On 11/10 I got PTO, the final week of 10/29 and a week of continuation dated for 10/29 as well. I also got 2 stubs dated 11/10. One had all the aforementioned payments itemized (which is how I know I got continuation/severance). The other was for $0 but had dates of 11/5-11/11, so I assuming the continuation is applied to that week. My state requires final check payout within 7days. I would expect my next continuation and bonus to be paid on 12/1.
Last day 11/7. Today I got last 7 days of garden leave, 3 days severance, 160 hours of PTO, prorated bonus. No issues.
And to those who keep asking, severance is not lump sum this round. We'll get a check every 2 weeks until severance is completely paid out.
Same for me I figured it was bc we got our final check for actual time worked BUT it conflicts with the document stating severance will start on pay cycles. Also I had stock vested and can’t cash it out.
Payroll team were laid off. No one is manning the ship.
Isn't severance payments going to be a lump sum?
Talk to HR and/or payroll?
Same here, official layoff was effective 11-3, but my severance check didn't come through today on tmo's pay cycle.
I'm fortunate to have savings to hold me over until they kick back in, but I feel for anybody caught in this gap
Same for me as well. Maybe that off-cycle final check last week is supposed to be a bridge to 12/1? Emailed company Thursday, but auto-reply said they will respond in 5 business days.
