Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Why no employee 2023 "Insight Survey"?

Last November 2022, we all were asked to participate in Insight Surveys. According to leadership, it's important that they hear from employees regularly about our experience working at Cigna. Our perspective was "supposedly" critical in helping our culture, recognizing strengths, identifying opportunities for improvement, and make Cigna a great place to work.

I don't know how our results from 2022 were used, but 2023 has been a S!ht show. They made into a big deal and pushed for all employees to participate, but this year, no survey. This shows us that they were lying about actually caring about our culture. I'm sure if there was a survey now, it would be horrible.

“Be sure to ask where the survey is at the next Town Hall in December.”

Unless you’re in person, they are extremely selective on what questions get answered. On multiple occasions I submitted relevant questions through slido and they were never approved by the moderator so others could see.

Terrible leadership at the very top is running this high-powered train into abomination and all they care about is that they grab their bag of cash before they jump off & leave whoever is left to perish. They don’t need a survey to confirm it’s shiesty & not right.

Why do you think? I’m not trying to be rude but ALL of us on this site are smart enough to know what’s happening.

Beware - Cigna’s employee surveys are not anonymous. Senior leaders are told who says what in the insights surveys. Cigna makes a big show out of addressing the negative feedback, but the issues never really get addressed. Last year, one of the feedbacks to be addressed was lack of path to promotion. All you heard all year long was that it was being addressed, but in the end, no one got promoted because they said there are already too many directors.

More than that, when employees asked how leadership was going to identify how effective the FoW move was on employee production, satisfaction, collaboration, etc., they specifically told us they would be using the insight survey results. That they then immediately put a halt to. They have to know the results would be abysmal! I've never seen such employee dissatisfaction at Cigna in all my years.
