Unless Intel employees start showing some intestinal fortitude, there WILL be full RTO for the vast majority of us. If management gets enough push-back, they may reverse course. Speak up and say, "NO TO RTO!"

The employees scratching their as--s at home are the ones I want to leave this company and I am glad management are on to ye, quicker ye leave or are fired the better for Intel.

The most productive four years in the past 30 have been the past four years.
No stay away from the office. I have friends I want hired who are more than happy to take your jobs. And I'll also be living up to the Intel motto of hiring friends and family. Win win.
Losing too many people to bring in rto in my group right now. May be a tactic to get cheap leaves in less desirable groups
Even the Techs in Ireland are WFH a lot, especially Litho & ROC guys.
Some area's work a weekly rotation with 1 onsite another WFH.

No mention of RTO in Ireland. All apart from factory techs and CS can come in as little or as much as they like.
