This company is just the biggest joke out there, they are announcing this new COO as if she was the sh-t, first check her LinkedIn, she is an engineer not even a healthcare degree of any sort, they are saying she improved quality and stars but she mainly did risk adjustments, maybe one year or so in quality, there are people in Humana that are doing and did most the quality work, you can find who they are in LinkedIn, don't get fooled on that, certainly isn't her who deserves that credit, she indeed seems that was pushed around through different jobs and lasted three years as SVP until was ousted or left, the funny thing is that Centene for some odd reason has been adding all the Humana executives that Broussard busted their a-s , this one is just one more that got lucky and was given the COO job, needless to say Humana has done great and amazingly well with Broussard and the executives he kept, we are just picking up the remnant, the garbage. It is hard to understand why but Centene seems to show some sort of disdain for the people who has been with the company for years, that Michael hired , some of them doing great, look what they did to Brent and others, the list is just so long, since Sarah there has been already 2 COOs, one lasted 15 months and another 5 months, the number of executive that have left or have been moved is unprecedented, and the environment is so toxic, lot of gossip and with hr, biased decision making, it it what it is, but in an id--t like Sarah can be the CEO, in centene anyone can be COO, or whatever sh-t CXO role pays millions, because is not about merit, knowledge, hard work and experience anymore, is more about who you know or who they like.

notice how the c-suite keeps growing while the company lays off thousands of real employees every 6 months?? funny how Sarah has no problem hiring new/pointless executives for the same salary as 10 employees who actually make the company function, such a joke! I don't know how I stayed as long as I have
That was just a deal made with the prior COO, they didn't make even an effort to find a good candidate, that's how things roll in Centene.
They have all kinds of unqualified people on executives jobs they have no experience or business in being there, the trend seems to get worse, big part of the problem why this company is so screwed up
Every body knows that was an underhanded deal with the prior COO and his abrupt departure, who is "retiring", who knows what sh-t happened there , leaving a $ 6 mm job after 6 months, Centene likes the b , and c team, not the class a people. This new person the only thing is known for is her risk adjustments work, that s it, Centene has bigger problems.
Susan is not bad but she is not COO material, that was just deal the prior COO made as a negotiation to his departure to choose someone that he picked, very much a corrupt system. She will have the same problem that anyone else, the Wellcare people that are part of Drew s they mediocre and unable to operate to the core, but they are untouchable. So she will have to play the game of letting them do whatever they want or she is out, because Sarah London is an id--t and depends on Drew to explain the financial, just a corrupt power game.

the bi--h and she had some " good relationship" with another exec in Humana and that is how she made to SVP there, nothing about talent here, they pushed them both out, anl100% sure a lot of " reorg" in 2024 to bring her people and payback favors,Centene is as corrupt as it could be. In the meantime the company falls apart.
Just another power play and money grab, for Sarah another scapegoat for her own sh-t show that can't justify anymore
