WARN Notices about Layoffs

Why do I not see WARN notices from our company? checked 3-4 state portals adn nothing
I see notices from every other company that's laying people off. I assumed it was a requirement.

The Severance Package asks employees to sign away their claims to pay under the WARN ACT and they offer 3 months severance instead. Layoffs with more than 500 employees qualify under WARN Act. HR told me no, because they did not close a plant. Lumen HR makes their own rules.

And the per site seems hard to define when so many are considered remote workers anymore.

The word is, they want 750 additional employees to be let go.
When? Who knows? On Xmas morning 😆

They add incentives to force you to take the voluntary like a extended year on the health plan or more severance payout. Then they can fill the union jobs with contractors. The employee waves their callback right if the work picks up.
