In all of my professional career I’ve never ever once have worked for a company that is just so disrespectful!
I recently found out that I am being added extra workload. Brand new things I was never ever trained for. New systems and everything.
And when asked how I will get trained.
They informed me “An email containing a detailed step by step guide” will be sent to me.
When I received this email.
I literally was baffled.
It was a one page word documents explaining what the new responsibilities are and what will be expected of me moving forward.
But guess what- NOT. A single step or guide on how to get these things completed was provided.
I reached out to my sup and a few others tagged in the email, confirming with them if this was in fact that “detailed step by step” guide.
I was told yes.
I asked if there was going to be compensation increase since this is literally new work being added on top of everything else I need to do.
No answer.
I reached out to a coworker of mine who I know does the tasks that were just thrown at me. And they confirmed- NO compensation is being given. They just expect you to do.
I’ve never felt so disrespected truly.
On top of everything else they have tasked me to do! Which was given with an already low compensation they now add this!!!!! With no proper explanation, no compensation and no training!!!!!!!!
They expect achievement of quotas, high productivity levels, constant exceptional services, high QA, detailed notes, constant availability!! BUT THEY WONT COMPENSATE YOU FOR THE WORK THEY EXPECT FROM YOU.
Never have I felt so disrespected by a company. A company that makes over billions in revenue. And instead of properly compensating it’s hard working employees, they overwork and severely underpay.
I’m at the brink of living check to check and I stayed thinking changes would occur, promotions, raises, bonuses. But all they’re doing is laying off people and distributing the work to their already exhausted teams. I am ASHAMED to be working here. No company I’ve ever worked for has been as disrespectful to its employees as this one. And these subtle messages from CSUITE has just gotten be to view them as utterly delusional and greedy people.
