His case got postponed until Jan 4. In his record, there is an unserved subpoena with the person's name listed. Wonder if it's the person?

@1eez I’m not sure how to take your comment.

In the first part you’re arguing for confidentiality, in the second you’re arguing for transparency. The law of excluded middle applies, as both cannot be true at the same time.

Explain yourself.

When a corporation including ExxonMobil terminates an employee, they do not publish the details around the termination. Public domain details published by a corporation could be considered gaslighting, bullying or even defamation by the former employee.

The only exceptions are CEO's, CFO's, Directors, Presidents... etc. which are considered by the government agencies as public domain figures just like politicians.

@1zdy Since when?

And if he was terminated, why not make a public statement about it? The perception now is that the company closed ranks to protect him, or at least applied a double-standard.

He’s been “relieved of his responsibilities” pending the outcome of his case.

His arraignment was reset by the Montgomery County Court to 11/29, probably to allow his famously slimy attorney more time to prepare (read: get the charges reduced or dismissed).

According to his LinkedIn profile he is still SVP at EM. His Zoom was last reported active sometime in late October.
