It is very clear now, after almost 2 years that Sarah is nothing but a talking head , not effective at accomplishing anything operationally, she indeed has made things worse and is moving the company backwards in way too many areas that is just impossible to imagine a positive business outlook, you would have expected to compensate her lack of experience she at least to be surrounded by smart people, seasoned executives, people that knows how to run things and make decisions without compromising the growth of the organization,but on the on the contrary she has chosen the id--ts, the charlatans, the gossippers and hearsayer, the keep my hands clean instead of rolling the sleeves and working with my leaders to do what is right. Very easy to realize everything is turning into a super toxic environment, the culture of hard work is being replaced with the culture of st-----g egos and narratives. Everyone seems to know the kind has no clothes but the board, how much longer is going to last this madness.

Michael was cut throat, but he was what I would call a patriot for Centene, he gave a chance Sarah and I am sure he is now turning around in his grave saying, what the fu-k this bi--h is doing, I thought she was " tech strategist" not back stabbing gossiping bi--h, neither he imagined she would just disposed of all the great people he hired and she would just dispose of them because of likeability or " culture" , what a disgusting place this new Centeam with Sarah the poet. It is not about the employees it is this id--t CEO and her lack of empathy and understanding of healthcare what is ruining this company
Good CEO don't talk so much sh-t about culture and DEI or give you a big poetic explanation about the satellites to give you and answer,they are operators, they get sh-t done, they also do what is right based on facts no on gossips high school style from HR. Sarah is horrible for this organization, they need her out before is too late for this org to turn around
Sarah is not good for that job, she is promising and making announcement but about how great things are going to be with this change, and this other change, but nothing is getting traction because they have gotten rid of some of the best people that were moving the needle. She just can't compromise to anything. They need her out
Everybody knows Sarah should not be there, she has screwed up the company badly but I guess the board are just a bunch of id--ts
