Aspen meshed up
Design flaw on viprion blades. That's got to be not good!
We had to replace 500+ viprion blades for VZ due to designed flaw. If F5 loses VZ account, folding and goodbye are in order . We already lost Telus (along with 6 other accounts) from pushing them off Silverline to MC. What happened to customer experience upper MNGT preach so much! We make it ridiculously easy for customer to use our products! But we can't even give customers proper support!
The original incubator was split into two teams -- one to support service mesh for VZ and one to continue working on the machine learning system health offerings. Shawn stayed with the latter, but that team got laid off a long time ago, so he moved to NGINX.
The rest of the team was under SPK and working to support VZ service mesh use in 5g. That team just got destroyed in recent layoffs. Continued development support for VZ will be moving to India, lol good luck.
