I'm sorry, but this is kind of ridiculous. The company needs to just go on and be honest with people. Do what you say you're going to do so people can move on with their lives. Enough of the rumors and leaking stuff to the media.

Does anyone else feel like there is an influx of meaningless emails and IMs due to people trying to took like they are "adding value". It's too much with what's all going on right now.

Does the company care about employees mental health?
I worked at another large company and they did it just this way. Went on for about two years. Torture. You thought it was over, but it wasn't. It's how corporate America does things.

So agree!! Just do what you have to and let the employee move on. So unprofessional and unnecessary torture to employees that have been so dedicated to them.
