Her name is "known". She is the henchman (henchwoman). The minute she joined, people in the industry knew what she was up to. Then, when she finishes her ugly business, she moves in to the next company using the same old "formula". The place gets fumigated, and the new managers (or old ones who were disgusting enough to go through with the plan) return to BAU.
Someone creative needs to do a "Poup's On" satire.
