What should we expect at tomorrows meeting? Any bombshell news we will hear out of the ordinary? I do know from other's there will be one more round of layoffs before the end of the year so wondering if they will allude to that?

All this ya ya about choosing the best and growing but we (the front lines) cannot grow. I’ve busted my everything to grow and have the qualifications and education to grow yet every .single . internal application is rejected with 24 hours. I’m so over the BS. Not to mention they’ve let go of some of the absolute best knowledgeable team members. The best for quality is not outsourcing, let’s call a spade a spade , they want recognition and reputation to grow their profit ….not the quality of healthcare for our members and certainly not the employees!
But they are hiring like crazy!Quality especially , Why?

Decisions on any layoffs are held at the director level and above, managers and supervisors get maybe 24hr notice before the notices are given. They won't announced or discussed at any "All Hands" meetings unless there is a leak like last time.
Here's what I know, if you're worried about layoffs then you need to become self-employed as they happen everywhere sooner or later.
Agreed. Timing is sus. We he really don’t have them so close together? Surely they won’t destroy everyone’s holiday.
I am of the opinion that there is another round or two of layoffs coming. My sup is diligent with scheduling our 1x1's the very first week of the month. Last month he delayed and I can only assume it was because of having to send out those meeting invites to inform those that were being let go. Same thing is happening this month - still hasn't scheduled my 1x1 which is 100% out of the norm for him. My guess is yes layoffs coming but not so sure that they will announce any of it in the meeting and if they so it will be just as short as last time followed with making sure we all know its our fault and has nothing to do with corporate being inept.
