One of biggest dumps you can work for. A horrible place. Full of poor performers and especially the executive ranks. Yes men and under skilled and useless.
It’s becoming pretty unbearable. I think if you asked “Do you enjoy working at Dell?” Or “are you excited to be working here” I’m sure the answer “Yes” would apply to less than 5% of staff.
