Heard that Ravi K hinted that there can be a layoff in BIG-IP Next Teams in March? With work moving to India and TelAviv.
How true is this?
There was a mention of Senior Managers and Architects leaving as well. Is this true?

"... people who set the strategy are keeping theirs (jobs)." Well said! I fought to stay on at F5, getting laid off in 2021, rehired, then laid off again in 2023 for good. I'm still sad to have left my wonderful colleagues and friends, but I do not miss the terrible hypocrisy and soulless behavior of all members (all current, some former) of the ELT. I hope their golden parachutes turn to be fool's gold, but so far, we've been the only fools. :(
Employees are getting laid off not because they were bad at doing their job, but because the company was wrong about the strategy. It's worth noting that the people who set that strategy are keeping theirs. It's called "human first".
Well, considering the “double digit drop in bookings” statement, yes it will be another layoff and more jobs in India. It’s just a matter of time…

Anything is possible, especially shifting business to India. Managers often state that the main factor is lower labour costs.
