So what about the email? They are at least trying to help the folks with their job search. They have tried to help with such efforts previously also. It’s good thing. And everyone there know that most will be laid off and few will be given transition offers for few months. No chance of full time offers. It’s been known for a while.

Everyone in CIO is getting laid off, that is old news. IT functions will be transitioned to HCL.
