Who else thinks our PTO bidding wars are ridiculous?

I work at progressive too but they make sure they have enough people to cover for customers at all times. I don't just get off when I want
OP is correct. I work at Progressive & I am actually allowed to use my PTO when I would like. It is refreshing!
I should mention that this is an issues in claims. Want a day off? Too bad we need people to work and you are it.
Not very relevant to layoffs and this should be the least of all our worries.
What in the world is the OP talking about???
It will not matter because many of us will not have even be here next year.
How do you suggest they do it?
