Mika had a 3 years (negotiated) contract with F5 with a 6 months buffer. Her contract was not renewed which is for the best interest of F5. She was way overpaid and did not bring the values F5 expected. Her 17, 271 RSUs are fully vested when she exited(per contact).

You really don’t think so? Wake up.
Ha ha, maybe the bullsh-t filter between what Mika said about marketing's performance and the reality has dropped.
You would have thought so, but FLD email about her departure where he spends half of it saying not to panic reds up massive red flags.
good to see her go to be honest. every time in a meeting with her you are treading on eggshells.......
Think about it.... The average CMO in a large tech company last 3-4 years. She's at the tail end of that. She's cashed in and now looking to do the same at another company. The leadership team here is really pushing in a different direction. No alignment at times and it starts with FLD. So many posts calling for him to be removed and it's probably the time to do so. Also, based on the how the company does during earnings season.
F5 used to be a great company but now with many departing at the exec level, its showing the true colors. So any bad moves over the past 4 years that is really impacting the future growth.
Young C-level exec who got snatched by a larger company for next jump in career? Obviously she wanted to leave, but money always talks. I think we can all agree.
Good or bad news bears?
Or maybe it does mean something
