GE Corporate is issuing 60 day WARN notices across the US for Corporate employees that have not been assigned to one of the spin-off businesses, GE Vernova, GE Aerospace, and GE Healthcare. The notices are to be issued 10/31/23

I think it happened, I am seeing unexpected #OpenToWork posts on LinkedIn now for folks who haven't found a spot in one of the new businesses.

Yeah OK how do you have this inside intel? I call b/:;l$h!T. There are no layoffs we are so busy here in Schenectady. We are making more waist than good products. Keeping the OT wheel spinning around the clock.
It's about time we clean all these company tools out of this shed.
If it is true the company is going to sift out the un needed positions and bump people out the door. Then the next will be layoffs and bumping in the manufacturing sectors. It’s always the trend.
