71% approval rating on Glassdoor

I'm flabbergasted. How does our CEO get 71% approval on Glassdoor? I don't know of a single person who thinks he's doing a good job.

If you pull up Reviews on Glassdoor, click the arrow to the right of the stars. Both overall and CEO approval graphs are trending down quickly over the last 6 months or so. I don't see that changing with the way the company's headed lately.

Here’s the moment it changed. When his parents called him and said buying express scripts was a bad idea and that he was in over his head. The look of fear and uncertainty in his face from that moment on. JMHO

I really appreciated the company culture and I saw him as guiding that. Not many people really like their CEO and the fact that so many people did love him really made the company culture great. It’s hard to pinpoint when that changed.

There's a long history consisting of 5.9K reviews over many years. Back when Cigna wasn't hot garbage, the reviews weren't bad. Takes a lot of bad ones to drag it down. Look at all the reviews from the last few months going back to the FOW stuff and you'll see he's probably only getting 3 of every 10 reviews with a thumbs up for the CEO.
