They said if your termination date in Q4 you will be qualified for AIP. Anyone know how it’s going to determine how much AIP we are getting? What I know it’s based on peer performance review.

They literally prorate it down from 1/1 thru your final day of the 30 day notice period. So for the people who were rifd 9/21, their last day is 10/20. AIP is calculated from 1/1 to 10/20.
Keep in mind associate performance AND department scorecard performance.
