Basically then says rearrange your schedule and postpone all on site appointments and meetings so you can join the zoom in a private location. If you work in office plan to work from home.

Anyone they hire will be better than our current HRC's. All they do is spy in our weekly meetings and report back to the SVP/MVPs.

if they are hiring more hr coordinators to manage, sounds like a mass layoff. I mean did they even do that for ADLs (and that was like 1000 people)?

I would expect them to make employees as miserable as possible so a percentage quits on their own, saving the company money. Every single person that leaves on their own because of this harassment pays off greatly. Do the math. The company would love to see people just quit right now.
will there be voluntary packages this go round? or do we all have to sit through the unnecessary he-l that is forced ranked performance reviews?
