I thought we were done with layoffs for a while. Why am I now hearing more whisperings about even more cuts coming our way before the end of the year? What is going on?

I’m sorry, but layoffs are supposed to continue until 12/2024. If you are still employed in 2025, then you can say that you survived the 2023/24 round.
Maybe you missed it but yes… more rounds are planned. Timing is a guess right now. Need to figure out if they have stabilized from the last round.
I’m assuming the timing will be the beginning of the month as the previous if the rumors are true.
If you go back and watch Town Hall at precisely 21 minutes and 22 seconds he states… we will be shrinking MORE than 3% moving into 2024 but will set us up nicely for the back part of the decade. I’m paraphrasing so Listen for yourselves. He literally states we will be shrinking MORE than 3% heading into 2024.
