What is this NatGen "Transformation" everyone keeps talking about?
From a team lead I heard layoffs were done mostly for middle management to make processes less "bureaucratic" and to "remove identified silos"....is this what the transformation is referring to?
Are any teams getting cut or is this just affecting middle management.

So the director of MD at NatGen is also the owner of the MyClaimsPic app that they use and get charged for. If that’s not a conflict of interest….

There are quite a few getting hit in NatGen. Not in core divisions though.

NatGen is one of the enterprises that are expected to be hit hard by mid 2024 as they transform.
