Despite all the huge mess in operations Centene improved it's STARS scores on 3 Stars from 53% of plans to 87% compared to prior year, the crazy thing is that this improvement was big part because hard work and initiatives of Corporate Quality team,a team that they just broke apart , this organization is so badly run that they can
even manage to preserve the few things that are marginally working and doing progress.

😆😆😆😆 Sarah or the poet is quite delusional, over promising on stars after an small win, when rumors has it she and her hr consogliery has just made quality the most dysfunctional area in the organization, not even retention bonuses are enough to endure the grind and level of toxicity they recently created. I wish could bet short on stars scores as it is done for stocks, this place is a disaster and now is just ruderles and is trying to operate by brute force , fear and intimidation, what a shame , how much longer before the board removes this clown as CEO
After seeing what is currently going on in quality, it seems clear this the last time the company will see an improvement in years to come.
Sometimes some people deserve a boss that is a bully a--hole to learn how value a good one. Sometimes companies need to fail to understand they made a mistake, part of the cycle of life
They have a mess in Corporate Quality since July this year, everyone I know there hate it to the bone, the person they put there is a bully and don't know the work either, perfect combination for disaster
@1vnd+1p7ZWMIg the results just published is part of the strategic work and approach done until June this year, after June rumors has it they made big changes in leadership and it is a hot mess, the little traction gain starting to get loss because they don't have the right people there now.
That wasn’t the old team. There are lots of levers pulled. One of them is getting rid of underperforming contracts / markets with low membership. Also they will consolidate “up” when a market has multiple plans and one is scoring better than others.
All of the above is accomplished without any real effort by the quality team on quality measures…and it has been a focus for a few years now.
