I heard that the next round are the useless power hungry BTLs @ Syncrude . Any truth to this? Any updates?

They have moved plentiful of recycled sh*ttie Suncor employees to Syncrude. Now what else can you expect?
It’s funny, people don’t know full title of BTL but they have feedback for them. It’s not power hungry position but to me it’s highly responsible position of plant operation. Anyways It not Business Technical Leader , but it’s Business Team Leader.
In any case we should respect all the laid off people. It’s not about performance. No one is perfect. Just bad timing. People worked for Suncor and Syncrude for many years staying in remote community of Fort Mac . No matter anyone get laid off or not but town will suffer. It’s already downturn in housing since wildfire and it’s not gonna be pretty after all these changes. I feel sorry for people who has lost their job. I wish him all the best.
BTL is business team leader (operation manager at Suncor)
What about the Syncrude Research department?
