Sarah the poet needs out

Praying for the downfall of this Rich girl from Boston that has never ran a health plan , going to through a bid process or has been involved in the in the intricacies of quality, the poet is the epitome of being lucky and privileged and everything that is wrong with America, this woman is portraying her new head shot in LinkedIn with fillers and expensive clothing as if everything was ok after laying off. 2000 employees, the reality is that the Centene's board is just a bunch of id--ts of they believe this huge scam is going to take Centene to the next level . I don't know you tell with your votes and comments

I think everybody is realizing of the huge mistake that was to give Sarah the reins of the organization, they chose the worse possible choice of many, unbelievable. The way that many things are starting to happened since midyear is highly concerning and the board does not seem to be ready to stop this agenda of desctruction, it will take CNC at least 2 years after london if they make it .

Sarah has made decisions that not even wanting to hurt the company anybody would have done it. She is really bad for this organization

Sarah is just a puppet, she gets easily intimidated by Drew and his combo that now also control hr and almost every thing in the org, the worse thing is they are just for themselves, never was so bad.

This new Centene has the worse HR in the history of the company, and this CEO , or lucky rich girl as you call it in your post have decided to listen to them, so yes, they need someone with a backbone willing to roll up the sleeves and go a few levels down to understand what is happening and get a more accurate perspective. Centene is a bunch of smoke and mirrors and if they don't replace Sarah soon enough we will see it's demise.

As a CEO what would you have done differently? First, I would not have believed that the VPs have passion for their jobs from a culture perspective. That was a slap in the face. Most VPs can’t describe the culture because they never met or spoke with anyone other than their PL who lie pretty good. Sometimes you gotta roll your sleeves and dig a little deeper to see your culture. I personally would have worn my casual clothes at each health plan to hear from employees directly. You get a bunch of fluff from yes people PL, as you can see employees are more direct and honest about what’s going on. But who are we, just the lower on the totem pole.

There a lot women as CEO and higher up positions but they all have a long careers and have certainly earned those jobs and the respect of the organizations they have worked for, what is happening in Centene is wrong and unprecedented . I believe in empowering women but not empowering mediocrity.

Take a look at the job reviews and the comments of HR. Bonuses are only for high salary grades, promotions aren’t fair, evaluations aren’t fair, and they continue to tell employees to work harder and create a career path. Some employees been in the same position, same salary grade 10 plus years. Not one PL held accountable and most aren’t experienced enough to type an email, so to expect anything different is wasting time. At some point just accept its all smoke and mirrors and move on. We can’t beat this.
