Does anyone think something bad is happening on Monday before the global town hall on Tuesday? Any rumors of big layoffs? Not feeling good about what might be around the corner.

I think the 3% was in regard to the expense ratio, which the COO said correlated to about a 10-15% decrease in total expenses. How they get there will be a combination of layoffs, reorganizations, and business model changes. The layoffs I think we’ll know very soon. No point to making everyone wait now that they’ve told us. Good luck, everyone.
They kept saying 3% so about a thousand or so? They emphasized difficult decisions, treating people with dignity, and prioritizing profitability over growth.
