Obviously don't EVER visit this sites on a work computer, using a VPN adds an extra layer too. Be smart, but communicate and participate.
I would also discourage anyone from sharing too many details about their particular situation. Share only what is necessary. I understand that in the heat of the moment when emotions are running high, we all say/type things we regret later. There was a post yesterday about processes. I won't go into detail (obviously), but that kind of identifying information can potentially get you into trouble. If you think management doesn't have mo--s who also visit this site and report back, you're naive.
