Thread regarding Gulfstream Aerospace layoffs

Unionize NOW

It’s only going to get worse. You all know this and it’s baffling why some are against having representation. You literally play into the hands of the people who want to take your livelihood for themselves.

My favorite part of making these post is seeing management come along and make new post to bury any union talk.

Boy... I'm so glad to be out of all that mess. You guys had better forget fancy toys and vacations. Invest your money. Pay for your home. Leave. The company won't miss you and you won't miss the cra p.

How dare the hard working, honest people of this company want to benefit FAIRLY from the fruits of their labor! The narcissistic ruling class need their new yacht and shame on the virtuous workers for wanting a few more crumbs.

Does this website throttle the number of times you can respond to yourself in support of yourself or no?

Do you think the amount of money coming out of your paycheck to pay the union. Will be worth protecting lazy inexperienced people. If your worth a damn you shouldn't need a union.

Just remember per new rules, if they try to union bust, the union would automatically be recognized by the NLRB and GD and Gulfstream would have to start negotiating a contract.

Years ago this was tried. MB and the other 7 figure salaries in the company blew smoke and let us know how fortunate we were. I think the workforce now would see through the BS that MB and HR will spew and possibly hand a union a win. The backbone work force is treated and paid like cr@p!
