As the leaders shift claims work types to “other areas”, notice how it’s never said WHERE those other areas are, or WHO is going to be doing the work? It’s all a big secret until you find out on the street. They say “Auto” will do this or “Processors” will do that. No one asks any bold up front questions of where all these “associates” are because all you get is more bs and word salad to where your mind goes numb. The handwriting is on the wall. They are Masters at their craft. New business is not being written and claims are slow. What’s left of Allstate is being offshored behind your backs. Don’t be surprised when the bo-m comes down on your job. Stay vigilant Stay alert. Don’t be naive.

There is a name they are using for the new jobs. it's called Supplier Parnership and they are located at Allstate India
If they work for Allstate and are above the level of front line leaders they are liars, period. Do not trust a single one of them.
As long as they give me my 10 months of severance pay I could care less. Let me go ASAP. Allstate can go f_ck itself.
