I cannot stress this enough--do not bank with PNC Bank, a fraudulent company that protects Criminals stealing from customer checking and savings accounts. PNC Bank also has a sketchy Security dept. that cannot locate hacked customer accounts. PNC Bank's systems are old and outdated. PNC Bank is not a reliable bank.

And make sure you use any spotlight points you have. Take every penny you can from them
And to any PNCers who survived the cuts, you can have your paycheck direct deposited to a non-PNC account. I know from experience. Just sayin
My observation is that many of the employees affected by the layoff had more than 10 years working for the company, excellent performance reviews, and outstanding performance.
I have family that worked every holiday for a decade for PNC, got passed up for promotions, rarely got raises, and ended up getting fired this week.
PNC just lost a customer! I am going to bank that treats their employees better
For sure I am closing my account. Things are going to get pretty ugly. I don't longer trust the quality of service PNC can offer.
This is why people are losing faith in large corporations, no loyalty to their workers...
