All the management that has promoted people because that person was in your click lol those days are coming to a End. Sadly some good people are stressed about their jobs and actually do the work (boots on the ground) pioneer is a good company the management in LCO and MCO as well as the supervisors that have no direct reports well that will be shut down soon. You will interview for your jobs and the transition team will see right through the BS. Sadly you all think they actually are entitled to give you something. Some of you will go down with the ship because you think you are special.
