The Directed Executive Compensation (DEC) Program provides $30,000 annually in an equal combination of cash and core credits, prorated in 2023 based on your hire date. And the divide between rich and poor gets wider and wider. Boomers reaped the pinnacle of success in this country and every generation afterwards has been doing progressively worse (GenX, Millennials, Z's). Corporate greed is failing the middle class and in turn failing America. I call it capitalism without a conscience. I guess the rich think when it all goes to sh--t they can fly to Mars with all their spoils.

The new CFO is just another employee, just like you and I, he just makes more money. The so called leadership at this company are just employees like the rest of us and do what they are told. If they were talented, skilled and had courgae, they would start their own companies. Do not admire them, admire the small business owner who built his/her own business. These guys would have no idea how to run a bussiness. I'd like to see our CEO file for articles of incorporation or disolution do taxes and find clients. Like I said, my freinds, admire the small business owner, not a stuffed shirt.
