Is there any correlation between those who were let go and those who had to return to worksites in September?

Or it’s that roles are being deemed obsolete as they create new things like the AI COE (Center of “excellence”) In the end it is always about the money…what should be funded to help make it more “efficient” to operate (e.g., AI) and where is the dead weight on the other end of that equation?
It is NEVER random. It's I blew my nose the wrong way or I can't be trained for new stuff or I've been a pass poor performer for years and now is my chance to lose this person.
NEVER NEVER EVER RANDOM
