Honeywell su-ked the life out of that cash cow. Now comes the sell all remaining parts to third world countries phase of the Honeywell playbook.

If you search more, you can find public quotes showing they are considering it because Honeywell has been an unreliable supplier so an alternative is needed.
If there is money to be made off shoring to HRG, you can be damn sure HW will do it. They do not care about the employee but rather THEIR bonus and wall street. Honeyhell is not hear for the employee but WallStreet. Their head is so far up WallStreet ar-e, they know what is being swallowed before they do.
