These departments get paid better
I consider these waste departments. Honestly, 90% of their work is useless and needs to be cut. Trust me, there is still a ton of fat to cut
Joke is on all of us who think there’s a shred of truth to all this “hiring” in claims going on. Oh sure they are hiring tons and tons in claims. Really where ? They will purge the high paid senior claims staff and replace them with new hires for less in pay and benefits. Smoke and mirrors all over again.
@jzk You do realize that areas hire and layoff at the same time depending on redundancies and roles, yes? Just because an area is hiring for a role does not mean the entire department is immune to layoffs.
