I quit a few months ago because I was being crushed by the workload. Up and working by 7:30 AM because if I didn’t I wouldn’t be caught up by 9 AM when people got on. Regularly working until 8-9 PM was the norm because we didn’t have enough staff, people quit, and they were never replaced. Everyone was under immense stress and it other teams I talked to felt the same. How they are they somehow laying off another person on that team?
Sure hire more interns to be trained by people that only have 2-3 YOE and barely know what they’re doing…
I’ve been meaning to get around to moving my $$$ and 401k so I’ll be doing that today or tomorrow
