To those who know - is Cigna dropping SNP?

Sounds like everyone at Cigna Medicare will be out if a job in 90-120 Days! 2024 is going to su-k in many of ways.
No surprise.
MA leaders have no industry experience to include the DSNP and project team.
Those who had the experience and licensure‘s, and did great job moved to another area or they were pushed out.
Typical of this industry were friends bring along friends with minimal to no experience, and then are threatened by those that can make a positive difference.
Very common in this industry, unfortunately
The way I read it is that it will end 2023.
In response to SNP info on Cigna.com. NCQA approved until 2024. Does that mean through end of 2024 or ends 2023?? Any thoughts?
Not sure how lucrative it would be with STARS rating dropping to a 3
They used to offer ISNP and dropped that a couple years ago.
Overall, Cigna has done pretty good with it's SNP business and improved greatly. SNP is a lucrative business for Cigna so I doubt Cigna would choose to drop SNP on purpose. I am sadden by due to poor leadership, our plans to expand SNP into new markets never came to fruition.
Per Cigna.com
“Cigna Healthcare has been approved by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to operate as a Special Needs Plan (SNP) until 2024 based on a review of our Model of Care. Cigna Healthcare will still need to be approved each year by CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) in order to operate.
