Definitely EMEA is targeted, just takes longer to complete the layoffs due to stronger labor laws

Not WANTING to work in an office? How about never being asked and not living close to an office? I have worked remotely for 20 years and it was good enough for HP, HPE, Micro Focus. Then some 3rd rate Canadian software company run by a narcissist slob decides it's not ? LMFAO 🤣
Across the board. APJ, EMEA, US. Experienced tech folks that do actual work. Just more cost cutting and increase load on remaining folks.
Prague office will be most likely closed.
It seems EMEA is safe.
800 let go. Mostly virtual workers not wanting to work in office.
Do they plan to close whole EMEA?
It was a mixed bag this time. ITOM, CyberRes, Alliances got hit in the US. Mostly ex MF, but some OT as well. EMEA is always last, because it's harder and way more expensive to lay people off. They actually have labor laws protecting employees.
I know of at least one in Europe. Restructuring and cost-cutting.
No meeting to the madness. The motive is cost cutting.
