Anyone recently laid off but receiving calls from Right Mgmt ? Just wondering whats the connection if any or is this a scam call?

They are a career services company that TMO hired to assist those laid off. The one good thing they did for me was advise me how to better craft my LinkedIn profile. Their resume edits were just bad and never used their suggestions.
They are useless except for a few things.
Sent my resume for review, never heard back. When I reached out my advisor had left the company.
Their response is lacking but use them since TMO is paying.
It’s also a way that TMO covers their butts when laying people off.
Yes I read the severance package information, some of it is easy to understand, other parts, not so much. I called the number back after someone explained what it was using this thread. Thank you for those who helped and for the person asking if I can read, of course I can however until you are reading the papers I have infront of me which seems contradictory and not accurate on some pages- you wouldn't understand why I asked the question. Thank you to those who helped providing a resolution.
Did you read your severance package? Information regarding thst company was in the FAQ section at the back.
They're a company contracted by TMO to provide career help. Such as resume writing, interview training, etc.
Never heard of them but Googled and some Yelp reviews state it was a service that was a part of their severance package and got 3 months free of it...is there any mention to any kind of services in the severance you received? Another one said it was a service their ex-employer paid for etc etc. Maybe its something T-Mobile provides?
