Shame on United Healthcare's PBM OptumRx who has had a 1.5 star rating for many years now and with some of the same management team working there for years.

Nobody cares. If you don’t take care of your employees and treat the employees very very badly s**t happens. Members are even very unhappy with Optum. If Optum doesn't turn things around in the near future, there will be no Optum.
