I am sure they will offer an ice cream day or some more useless branded merchandise to 'reward' us for our 'loyalty'
GPTW was always a useless waste of time and money.
It’s so clear they do not care about employees that it’s insulting when they even try to make a half-hearted attempt to say they do. Many people will jump ship now that they have taken away hybrid. Very bad move in a series of not good things happening there
Love how the new HR head was like “it’s not the time for an employee survey”. You don’t say. Layoffs, getting rid of WFH when pretty much the entire tower utilized it. I can’t wait to hear all the other perks they plan on taking away in the coming months.
I didn’t believe the numbers were as high as they claimed before, I don’t know why I would now.
