Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

This year has been a true nightmare

For fu-k's sake, are we going to get any reprieve? I'm exhausted from being so worried all the time.

I was just laid offf and I am so happy!! I talked to T-Mobile HR and told them, not that they care, that this company is soulless and not the same company it was 10 years ago. I had many stores I shared about the complete hypocrisy of the company its uncaring bureaucracy. Good luck all as I sleep soundly tonight.

For a company to lay team mates off in such a drawn out manner is vile. For those left, I would definitely ask yourselves if you align with the values of this corporation. Based on the amazing folks I worked with over the years at TMOUS, I would think not. They don't deserve any of you.

The company is not currently focused on the health of its employees. A previous poster said this is inhumane - and I agree. Unnecessary angst and stress. And for those that “survive” the cut, will have even heavier workloads. Not a great place to work (anymore).
