Applying internally less than a year

Hello

Hoping maybe someone in here might have an answer to this. I’ve been with UHG for a few years, transferred to a different position internally this year. It’s been an absolute nightmare. My previous manager said they would hire me back. I talked to my current manager about everything and they said they were okay with me applying back to my old position.

With his approval, will I be able to apply internally even though I’ve been in my current position less than a year?

You can ask your new manager(former team) where you want to join back. They can re-initiate the process. My believe is you may need open rek. Or they can open new one for you.

Yes. If both managers agree to the transfer it can occur.

How does this work? Do they repost the position and you need to reapply? In a similar situation

Offshoring US jobs. I wonder how policy holders feel about that.

People manager here. Yes, you can move prior to a year as long as your current manager approves tie move

I think the policy says as long as you have a managers approval you are good to go. Contact HR directly
