Everything about how this T-World product is being built is jaw dropping.
- No one is able to answer why this T-World app needs to be built 100% offshore?
- And why this particular entity called DTDL?
- Does Sailesh have kickbacks in this project (Yes, entity is owned by parent company DT, but it's not hard to get paid backhanded in India)
- Entire code base will be owned by an company in India? When so much security issues is going on? How is Nester Cano onboard with this?
- There is now app owner in USA?
- Everyone touching T-World says the way it is executed is clusterf....
- Why is Omar Tazi blind to what Sailesh Chaudhary is doing to T-Mobile teams?
- Is no one HR interested in mental health of T-Mobile employees? Everyone dealing with this project is stressed out
- A toxic culture is being built right infront of everyone and no one seems to care
- Is it intentional to drive our talented people with ownership of application and run everything from India?
How do we bring the all this to attention of executives? There is no way to anonymously report with-in the company. Someone in C-Suite need to look at this before it blows up.
