Cyber doesn't know what they are doing. SLT doesn't know what they are doing either. I'm sure that combo won't continue to cause problems.

To close a ticket on my phone is 5 steps of passwords And then there is the joys of Make Me Admin for people in the field. Pretty soon we will need 2 Factor to get into our work trucks

Seriously this has gotten beyond ridiculous at this point. We get it, CS/IT had no Idea what they were doing for years. Stop punishing the people just trying to work. This is not a solution.
