I was a manager that just recently got let go for something I couldn’t control.. A lot of adjustments are going to happen within the month all the way through the start of 2024. There are talks for when you get into up skill trainings your pay won’t adjust to your new role for 6 months.. if you don’t show proficiency in the new role you get terminated.
Usaa wants all the people not drinking the kool-aid gone. They’re weeding out managers, seniors, anyone that has a voice.

I dont even know why they waste the member’s time and money on collecting feedback if they dont care to hear it!
Let’s be real…..seniors and managers do not have a voice. I would say in many areas even Directors have a very limited voice
I stayed at first because I didn't know the full story of what was happening and I just wanted to do my job and leave at the end of the day. I did not drink kool-aid and refused to lie and say that USAA was great. I guess I could've tried crossing my eyes as I answered. When I got a full whiff of what they were up to, I quit. No regrets.
