Heard from coworkers, another group of talent is leaving for better jobs outside of HCSC.
Time for the COB, CEO and management team to resign and move on.
They are destroying the company.

What key person in treasury did they lose? They all need to go bunch of mo--ns. Ego maniacs.
A few people will leave, and some will thrive. Most will find the same issue with new employer. HCSC is a place where 97% of the corporate jobs end at 5 pm. All in all management is management. Pat made millions, Paula made millions and now Maurice is making millions…. It is what it is…..
Specifically, which group of employees is leaving? There’s no mass walkout with people announcing jt, locked arm-in-arm. There are no layoffs. People that are unhappy SHOULD get out. There’s a big, open job market. Don’t stay someplace you hate. Making up stories doesn’t impact anything and the company will go on.
I know a few in DAS left
They changed the font on the logo though! They are earning their millions in bonuses with that move today.

You were not kidding. Treasury lost a key person today and management does not realize what they are losing.
After today’s town hall with the CEO and his management. Incompetent group of leadership.
When are they leaving? Which group. HCSC has to many people that don’t know about layoffs. In my 5 years of working @ HCSC. Weekend work is rare.
