I am an expert, still on the front lines. This place has become a nightmare and I cannot believe this happened. The job is fine, the people…. My coworkers tried to have me robbed today in the parking lot. There was a man walking around with gloves in his pocket, looking for me specifically. I know exactly what the means in my neck of the woods. I am an outcast and have been treated as such for a year and a half. The call center is full of addicts and the leadership we do have left, is an utter and complete failure. My good friends are gone now, people that were amazing talent. People I learned from and cared about. The spark is gone and now it’s a dr-g addict he-l hole.

I know some of you are salty about the layoffs, but just flat out lying makes you just as bad as Sievert and company.

Hun, get out of there safely! I agree this place is toxic. If your safety is being put at risk escalate to the highest levels in the company, Director, SVP, HR, Integrity line. I can’t believe all the shady stuff that keeps happening. Please call 911 to report that. This company needs to be held liable for the toxic work environment they are enabling and creating.
What on earth?! Call the cops, tell your boss. I guess tell HR but who knows what they will do.
