The Reg is the publication you want for truthful information on how Oracle screws up. The comments are often as enlightening as the content.

This article is horrible
Oracle needs to clean house and give customers what they purchase.

Or another way to look at this is that Oracle customers get exactly what they deserve, for being d-mb enough to be Oracle customers in the first place.

Interesting there is a NetSuite ad.
There is also lawsuit re: NetSuite not having components as advertised & charged. Oracle said too bad, use what you’ve got it should be enough. Customer is furious.

What does Forbes not write about Oracle not giving customers what they pay for?

Why do customers feel stuck in subscriptions when Oracle does live up to the obligations of the contract? Makes no sense they continue to pay yet they don’t get customer service. Not giving what you are paid to do is a breach of contract and customers should challenge that. There many ways to challenge. File a complaint with the SEC.
